Feast of Sukkot Living Under An Open Heaven

Tonight at sundown begins the High Holy Days of Feast of Tabernacles. In Hebrew it is called Sukkot. There are more and more of people who's eyes and ears are opening to God's Appointed Days. When we started this journey 22 years ago, teaching our Jewish Roots of Christianity people thought we were crazy for teaching anti biblical teaching. But God has been faithful. You see, The Feasts of the Lord are not just Jewish. They were given to the Jewish people to steward. God says in Leviticus and Exodus the Feasts are His Feasts for all His children throughout all generations and for all eternity.

His Feast our being taught by many more as our Father opens the eyes of His church and people.

No, we have never and will never teach you "have to" celebrate His Feasts for Salvation. Salvation comes through Repentance and Confession by faith and trust in the work of Yeshua, King Jesus on the cross for eternal life.

Celebrating the Feasts of our Lord, Passover, Pentecost, and Tabernacles gets to be a honor and privilege as we understand they are God's prophetic times and seasons.

We get to sync our days and lives with His calendar. We get to bring our lives into His timing and seasons (Genesis 1:14.)

The Feast of Tabernacles is a prophetic picture of the Marriage Supper of the Lamb found in Revelation 19:6-8 and the Ingathering of all the Saints in Revelation 21:1-5.

It also is a prophetic picture of the breaking down of the wall of separation between the Jew and Gentile that Paul speaks of in Ephesians 2:14-18, "the One New Man."

Happy Sukkot to you and your household and may you live under an Open Heaven is our prayer at Wellspring Israel, Jim and Debbie Laymon. Shalom!
